These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bogeycartel.com and any purchases or services offered by Bogey Cartel ("Bogey Cartel," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site, creating an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site where doing so would violate applicable law.
Store Terms and Product Information
We offer apparel, accessories, and related merchandise, including products released in limited quantities. Products may sell out and may not be restocked. We try to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, images, availability, and pricing accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device, and minor errors may occur.
We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or change prices at any time. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, duties, or other charges shown at checkout.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. We may limit, cancel, or refuse an order for reasons including inventory shortages, pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, payment issues, or legal restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion using the original payment method. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout and is processed by Stripe or another payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges, taxes, shipping fees, and other amounts displayed at checkout.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card number on our servers. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of fulfillment volume, carrier operations, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes identified as your responsibility.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, final-sale items, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy in effect when you place your order. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, giveaways, and discount codes may be subject to additional rules. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, copied, sold, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law, including in cases of error, misuse, or fraud.
Accounts and Communications
If account features are available, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
By providing contact information, you agree that we may send transactional communications relating to orders, support, security, or policy changes. Marketing messages are optional, and you may unsubscribe using the link in an email. Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use the site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal shopping and informational purposes. No other rights are granted.
Reviews and Other Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content ("Submission"), you retain any ownership rights you have. You grant Bogey Cartel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and share the Submission for operating, promoting, and improving our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the Submission and that it is accurate, lawful, non-confidential, and does not infringe another person's rights. We may moderate or remove Submissions at our discretion where permitted by law.
Third-Party Services and Links
The site may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, shipping, social-media, and analytics providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Product warranties, if any, will be stated with the applicable product.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bogey Cartel and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the site, products, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim, and our total liability for any other claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes non-waivable.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Bogey Cartel harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the site, products, services, or these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the site after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
Termination
You may stop using the site at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or harmed the site or another person. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms shown at checkout or with a promotion, form the agreement between you and Bogey Cartel regarding the site and your purchase.
